Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the right to return it.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 7 days of receipt. Send the completed return form along with the invoice with the shipment. If this form is not fully completed, we will not be able to process the return request. To receive a refund of the purchase price or an exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition and with tags and stickers attached. The product must not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is a suspicion that the items have already been used or have been damaged through our fault.
Refunds
Once the product is received in our warehouse, it will be exchanged as soon as possible or the purchase price will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days. Delayed or missing refunds If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. After that, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time for a refund to be posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received a refund, contact our customer service.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return processing obligations - Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights, hair products, cream products, etc. are not covered by Loecy's return policy due to hygiene. These products cannot therefore be returned and cannot be processed.
Mark the return with a tracking code (at your own expense) - Email a photo of the tracking code on the day of shipment - The return form must be included in the package - The product must be returned in unused condition - The product must be returned in its original packaging - The product will be checked for damage caused by the customer, so sending a damaged product through your own fault will not be processed. If the above requirements are not met, the return will not be processed.
